"Where Do We Go From Here"
Hello SMD Member,
The SMD Planning Committee is excited about the 25th (Silver) Anniversary of our organization and we want to share with you something that will stoke some excitement in you for the dates 30 August through 02 September, 2012 at the Airport Hilton in San Antonio, Texas.
The theme for this reunion is "Where Do We Go From Here?" and our colors are silver and blue.
One way of knowing "Where Do We Go" is by showing what we are doing or where we have been and that is how we need your help. We want other members to know what is happening with you since your retirement or separation and will be putting together a full color souvenir booklet that will be a valuable keepsake.
Because we want to insure the quality of the booklet we are asking that you submit a copy of a color photo (any material sent will not be returned)of you, someone else connected to SMD, or your business with a camera ready salutation, greeting or business promotion honoring our 25th. The cost for your input will be:

We will also be providing a "Taps" section listing those members who have passed on and need your help in identifying all our members who have gone to their reward. The book will contain proclamations from national and state of Texas leaders.
Because we want to insure the quality of the book we are asking that you submit your photo or business card along with your camera ready narrative (remember no material will be returned) by March 31, 2012.
Please insure that your correspondence has your name, address, telephone number where you can be reached, e-mail address, and the money due for the size of the ad you are going to purchase.
This is only a portion of what we are planning and we hope that this venture will whet your appetite and give you a sense of anticipation for what we have planned for you for this and future years.
